I'm a Creative Communications Specialist with a public-sector background in writing, video, audio, design, and community engagement. My work has earned federal recognition of a "Noteworthy Practice" citation from FHWA, FTA, and FDOT for an in-house video I scripted, directed, and narrated. Reviewers noted it exceeded many consultant-produced efforts they had seen.

I create communications and content from concept to completion, including newsletters, campaigns, public involvement advertising, presentations, press releases, correspondence, videos, social media, and plain-language summaries of complex information. Along the way, I've received the occasional highest compliment in government communications: elected officials asking to reuse my work.  

In addition to developing communications across multiple formats, I manage website content and information architecture through content management systems, including a comprehensive redesign of 70+ webpages into a streamlined, plain-language subsite, and I'm currently expanding my CMS skills through WordPress.

I'm a daily user of GovTech platforms including OpenGov, CivicClerk, CivicPlus, and Granicus, and an active practitioner of AI-assisted content workflows.
